John was promoted in his division quickly to Area Manager owing to unprecedented sales increases of up to 300% ahead each year while setting up franchises. He was promoted to the position of Corporate Trainer, National Accounts in record time and created unique training concepts to teach in a “just-in-time” methodology.
He worked with Dale Carnegie Courses for Five years as an Area Manager and Certified Instructor for the six courses. John’s talent was his universal understanding of business communication, recognizing, documenting and reporting best practices throughout the organizations that he supported.
