Following a 10-year career with the 13th largest and most diversified corporation in the world at the time, John spent his last 4 years there as a corporate trainer for National Accounts.

Recognizing what he was truly meant to do, he joined the Management of the world's largest training and development organization. For five years he continued his professional growth and development receiving seven certifications with each requiring 2 ½ years preparation.
